Intro?

(Yep, I'm another seeking refuge from the sinking ship that is tumblr)

Hello! My name is Badger, I don't really know how to write intro posts, but here's some stuff about me -- including any fandoms or interests that I am into at the moment:

• 29, nb (they/them), arospec/ace
• Canadian-Irish. I moved from BC to Kerry in 2005 and have been here ever since.
• I look after my bearded dragon (9yo), and three goldfish (12yo, 5yo, 5yo). Plus a random scattering of houseplants.
• I'm a very lazy writer and reader. I normally take part (and win) NaNoWriMo, and very much enjoy reading SF/F & non-fiction.
• Way too much coffee and tea. Way, way too much.
• I honestly don't do too much in my day-to-day...usually play the odd assortment of games, watch bushcraft videos (lol), read, tweak my bullet journal, or read.
• (As to why I have time to do all those things, I can't work atm due to illness. Eurgh.)
• I'm very bad at communicating with people, but will awkwardly fumble my way through things. Something is better than nothing sometimes, right?

My main interests and things I enjoy talking to others about:

• Games: Pokémon, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft, Stardew Valley, Terraria, YGO: Duel Links, Warframe, Skyrim, LoZ: BotW, TWEWY, FFXIV
• Books: The Realm of the Elderlings, War of the Worlds, Howl's Moving Castle, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Whyborne & Griffin, Children of Time, Lovecraft Mythos
• Shows/movies: Voltron, She-Ra, BoJack Horseman, The Fifth Element, Mad Max: Fury Road, Buffy, X Files, Lord of the Rings, Pacific Rim
• Etc: Polar exploration, ships, various natural sciences, bullet journalling, writing (original stuff, almost never fanfic), travelling (in theory)
